Harbor House balances exposure to the water with the need for shelter and privacy.

Living spaces open fully towards the harbour through deep, sheltered terraces, while bedrooms and service areas turn inward towards a protected garden. The section follows the slope of the site to keep the house low against the skyline.

Weathered timber cladding and dark stone respond to the maritime setting and will soften with age, allowing the building to settle into its surroundings.
